WBAT, LLC - Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduled Services

You may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the appointment without incurring any charges. We appreciate as much notice as possible to allow us to reallocate our resources efficiently.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee covers our preparation time and the opportunity cost of reserving the time slot.

3. No-Shows

If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without any notice, you may be charged the full amount for the service.

4. Ongoing Services

For ongoing service contracts, please refer to the termination clause in your specific service agreement. Typically, we require a 30-day notice for termination of ongoing services.

5. Refunds

Any prepaid amounts for services cancelled in accordance with this policy will be refunded in full. For late cancellations, the refund will be reduced by the applicable cancellation fee.

6. WBAT, LLC Cancellations

In the rare event that WBAT, LLC needs to cancel a scheduled service, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, any prepaid amounts will be fully refunded.

7. Force Majeure

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the aim of fair treatment for all parties involved.

8. Changes to Policy

WBAT, LLC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated to clients and published on our website.
