By engaging the services of WBAT, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
WBAT, LLC provides DevOps and SRE consulting services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified. We accept payment in USD via methods specified in the invoice.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and projects. Detailed confidentiality terms will be included in our service agreement.
Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner. New intellectual property created during the course of our services will be addressed in the specific service agreement.
WBAT, LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice, subject to payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
WBAT, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated and become effective 30 days after notification.
